Check-in is available from 3:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. Need a late check-out? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we offer a swiss-inspired breakfast with fresh local ingredients. 

  • Do you have wifi?

Yes, we offer free wifi throughout the hotel.

  • How do I get to the hotel?

Grindelwald is easily reachable by train from Interlaken. From the train station it’s a 15min walk, or you can take the bus 122 till station Tuftbach. Click here for Google maps.

  • Is there parking?

Yes, there are a limited amount of outside parking spots at a fee of CHF 10 per night.

  • Do you offer ski/snowboard/bike storage?

Yes! We have a secure storage area for your gear, so you can keep things dry and ready for your next adventure.

  • Do you provide luggage storage?

Yes! You are more than welcome to leave your luggage in our secure storage area.

  • Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not, as we have carpets in our guest rooms. They are more than welcome to join you at the bar, on the terrace and in the garden.
